SoFlow is delighted to welcome Nick Petrovic as a Group Finance Director.

DONCASTER, UK - SoFlow is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Petrovic as Group Finance Director. Nick will inititally support our platform acquisition, The GreenSpark Group (“GreenSpark”), with their finance function, capital structure and financial strategy. As the business scales its brand nationally through organic growth and m&a, Nick will oversee all Group wide financial initiatives.

Nick brings more than 20 years of senior finance leadership and a strong buy-and-build track record, leading acquisitions, due diligence, deal execution and post-deal integration across private-capital-backed and investor-led businesses. At Thurston Group, where he served as Group Finance Director of a multi-entity UK and international modular manufacturing business, Nick led the acquisition and integration of Storplan Racking running financial due diligence, transaction execution and post-deal controls. Prior to Thurston, Nick was Group Finance Director of Businesswatch, an investor-backed fire and security group operating a national field-service model, now part of Andwis.

Pete Flanagan, COO of GreenSpark, said: "Nick is an outstanding finance leader with exactly the blend of strategic judgement and hands-on execution we need at this stage. He has a proven record of scaling businesses through acquisition and building the financial rigour that supports sustainable growth. His leadership will be instrumental as we expand our national footprint and continue to deliver the compliance-led services our customers rely on."

Ollie Horbye, Co-CEO of SoFlow and Board Member of GreenSpark added: "A disciplined approach to acquisitions is central to our vision for the Group, and Nick's buy-and-build expertise is a significant asset. He has repeatedly shown he can identify, execute and integrate acquisitions while strengthening financial controls and driving performance. We're delighted to welcome him to the team."

In Nick's own words: "I'm delighted to be joining at such an exciting point in its growth. The business has built a genuinely strong reputation for technical expertise and a compliance-led service, and backing creates a real platform to accelerate through acquisition. I'm looking forward to helping build the finance function that turns that ambition into reality."

Nick holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA).
