Ollie and Sam Horbye are the driving force behind SoFlow Service Partners. With a proven track record of building and scaling service businesses. Combining strategic vision with hands-on experience, Sam and Ollie set out to create a platform where the most respected and ambitious founders can thrive.

in investment, operations, and entrepreneurship. Their role is to guide and support founder-led businesses, helping SoFlow foster collaboration, deliver sustainable growth, and stay true to its mission.
Charlie Kirk
Charlie is a proven leader who scaled and sold his business, Jet Aire (DC) Ltd a leading drainage service provider, to Adler & Allan, an environmental services platform backed by Goldman Sachs. Charlie scaled Jet Aire over 20 years to a 170-strong team, building expertise across drain and sewer clearing, CCTV surveys, remedials, specialist linings, waste removal, and tankering, and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hard-won experience.
Ian Lawrence
Ian is a recognised leader in the pump industry, founding Willow Pumps in 1992 and growing it into one of the UK’s most respected pump supply, installation, and service businesses. After selling to Franchise Brands plc in 2019, he remained in a strategic role, helping integrate and expand pumping capabilities. Over nearly 30 years, Ian transformed Willow into a one-stop shop for design, installation, and maintenance of pump stations.
