We are very pleased to share that Ian Lawrence, Founder of Willow Pumps Limited, is joining SoFlow Service Partners as a Board Advisor.
 

Ian is a recognised leader in the pump industry, best known for founding Willow Pumps in 1992 and scaling it into one of the UK’s most respected pump supply, installation, and servicing businesses. In 2019, Ian sold Willow Pumps to Franchise Brands plc, where he continued in a strategic leadership role, helping integrate and expand pumping capabilities across the wider group.
 
Over nearly three decades, Ian transformed Willow into a true one-stop shop for both adoptable and non-adoptable pump station solutions—covering design, installation, and ongoing maintenance.
 
Ian brings unmatched operational experience, deep sector expertise, and a founder's mindset. He’ll be a tremendous asset to SoFlow and to the Founders/MDs joining our Group as we continue building a best-in-class team across the UK.
